These guys have been servicing my pool and spa for over 3 years now. I wanted to share with everyone my great satisfaction with their professionalism, excellent customer service, and reliable service. These guys have always treated me right, fixed all my pool repairs in a fast manner, and gave me the best price available. My pool is always clean and their staff if very knowledgeable. Their services extend far beyond simple pool service, they upgraded all my equipment, repainted our rock work, and they were also able to fix my Jandy controller under warranty. I recently asked them if they had someone to clean up my BBQ and they had a great reference for a company that they used and they also did a great job. Most recently they gave me a call to check in on me and they asked if there was anything I needed help with and I mentioned that my decking and stone was looking worn. They came right out and used some different sealers on a test area to show me what a difference they would make and now I have a yard that looks like new again. If you are looking for a dependable and affordable pool company that will answer your calls and take care of you, I would highly recommend SC Pool and Spa Works and their entire staff.

I am not sure how to write this professionally, so I am just going to tell you what great service your company has extended to us and you can re-write or put it in you words.
When we bought our house two years ago, the former residents told us how your company had taken care of the pool and it always was well maintained and they highly recommended you to us. We wanted to keep the same service that they were so happy with, so we called and you put us back on your weekly maintenance. The employees you have sent to our home have always been very friendly, curtious and helpful when we had questions. We had never owned a pool before, so we had some concerns with keeping all the chemicals, filters, ect... working properly. We have not had to worry about those things, because you call us and let us know when it is time to change the filters and do any extra maintenance and you schedule it and get it done.
In addition to speaking about the regular upkeep, their was the time that my old pump gave out, my spa light burned out, and I needed to replace the original motor. With all of these bigger issues you said " I'll get someone out to take a look at it for you and within in a week the problems were correct and working properly.
It is nice to have a company you can trust to show up every week to do the cleaning and maintenace and you can also call with bigger issues and know they are not going to jack up the price and they are familiar with your pool equipment. It is very important to us to have one company working all aspects of the pool.
