QUALITY CONTROL: After services are rendered each service tech will leave behind a door knocker explaining services completed at that time, anything that needs attention will be marked and reported.Every door knocker also has a carbon copy which is turned in at the end of each day with timesheets and problem report forms. Each of our pool service accounts is evaluated periodically by a dedicated service manager on fifteen specific criteria. Our inspector grades each technicians performance, and in the case of a perfect report card, technicians are rewarded with a cash bonus. When problems are encountered, however, they are addressed immediately through continued training and remediation.
